Access Management Group professionally manages community operations under the direction of the WCSA Board of Directors.

For Windward-specific questions including modification requests, covenants, governance, social events, common area maintenance, boat launch access, etc., Access Management Group (AMG) is your point of contact.

AMG provides community association management services with a focus on responsiveness and fairly tracking accountability. With over thirty five years in the North Atlanta region, AMG brings experience to assist in the Association’s decision making process.

AMG has a maintenance tracking system, a local accounting department, a covenants and violations tracking system. Two senior managers, Melissa Cuylear and David Hill, and an executive admin, Julie Jacobson, are exclusively dedicated to serving the Windward community.

Please note, not all sales notifications are forwarded by closing attorneys to the AMG. Whether selling or purchasing a home, please notify us. This helps avoid confusion in the WCSA billing process.
